How do I download the MyPD app?

It is simple to download MyPD.  Just search iOS or Android stores for MyPD, click download, choose your agency. MyPD will open from then on to your department.

Is my police department using the MyPD app?

Only agencies that sign up and partner with MyPD can be found on the app. You can email your local department if you want them to provide the app service to you.

My app crashed or stopped working

Check to see if there is an update available.  You can also close and restart the app, or delete the app and re-install it.  App crashes can happen for a number of reasons.

Can I use the app while driving to report something?

No, you should never use the app while you are driving. Safely pull over to send a message to your agency and follow local laws.
